J-Day 2015 ☆ [Düsseldorf]

Hey guys (^-^)v

as already announced in my previous entry,
this post will be about J-Day 2015 in Düsseldorf ! \(*-*)/
If you're also interested in last years J-Day, please have a look here (^-^)v

Last year, we stayed in Düsseldorf from Friday to Sunday althought J-Day actually is on Saturday only. But with doing so, on Friday we had enough time to go shopping more peacefully and still could attend Saturday night's fireworks ♥
All the years before, when we just went to J-Day on Saturday, I had to get up at 4 a.m. and we could not even see the fireworks as our last train back home was at 7 p.m. That was horrible and so exhausting ヽ(_ _ヽ)

So we decided to stay in Düsseldorf again from Friday till Sunday.
Fortunately, this semestre I don't have school on Fridays, so we could move off quite early ^.^ Let's start on Thursday evening, when my mom and a friend of my boyfriend came to us to spend the night at our place so that we could go to Düsseldorf together ^.^
My mom also helped me colouring my hair pink again ♥

That was basically everything what was happening on Thursday as I had school until 5 p.m. and colouring my hair took about five hours (・・。)ゞ

The next day around 2 p.m. we finally arrived in Düsseldorf and went shopping right away xD Unfortunately, one of my favourite stores the japanese bakery 'My heart' was already nearly sold out.. they just had some 'anpan' (sweet buns filled with red bean paste) left of which I, of course, bought one ♥

In the two book stores I was looking for some japanese studying books but didn't really find what I was searching for, so I bought almost nothing on the first day..
But as my boyfriend and his friend stayed in another hotel than my mom and me (they couldn't decide in time if they wanted to join us..), he found some japanese restaurantes on the way I've never visited before.. and one of them sold RICE BURGERS ╰(✧∇✧╰)
If you have already read this entry for example, you know how much I enjoyed the rice burgers at Mos Burger in Japan ♥♥♥ and now there was a store in Germany *Q*
You can get some rice burgers and more delicious food in the second restaurant of 'Takumi Ramen' which is called Takumi Tonkatsu & Gyoza

As usually in japanese restaurantes, there are very few vegetarian options available but the rice burger with vegetable tempura does neither contain meat nor fish. As the burger was only declared as meat-free and many Japanese don't really understand that vegetarian means you also don't eat fish, I asked the waitress if it contained fish. She didn't understand what I wanted when I asked in German, so I tried in Japanese.. and she understood and seemed so happy that I could speak a bit Japanese and also immediately assured me that there was no fish in this burger.
So if you're vegetarian, too: feel free to eat it ^.^
It was super-delicious *Q*

The next day, the actual J-Day, started with getting food
at the Japanese bakery 'My heart' again ♥
Our hotel was just on the other side of the street, it took not even half a minute til there ^.^

delicious breakfast *Q*
No, I didn't eat all of this for breakfast xD
but also took some of them home with me ^.^

After breakfast, I dressed up and mom and I made our way
to meet my boyfriend and his friend.

First we bought some food and drinks in the japanese supermarkets near our hotel  and then we walked down to the Rhine where the actual festival is held. Like nearly every year at Japanday, we weren't lucky with the weather.. Most years it is cold and rains a lot, like this year, too (last year was really an exception x'D) But still it was very crowded..

look at all the dark clouds in the background o.o
one of the rare sunny moments x3
My mom doesn't like to have photos taken of her as she has the rare ability to always have a very strange facial expression.. but I needed to take a photo of her with her cool hide's parker I bought her in Japan x3

she didn't even notice I was taking a picture x3
The both photos above are taken at a small park near the Rhine were many cosplayers meet every year. We have benn waiting there for some of my classmates I wanted to meet but unfortunately they were more than an hours late and we had to wait quite long..
But at least I found some Taiyaki in one of the supermarkets before ^.^

they were sold at 'hanaro' for just 1€ *-*
When my classmates finally arrived, it started to rain heavily.
Many people left the park because it was really very very much water that came down o.o And after the rain it also got colder. As we all felt cold now, we decided to go back to the city and have some food to get warm again.. After the meal, we went back to the hotel to relax a bit until the fireworks started.

We were quite late at the fireworks because we had met some friends on the way, so I couldn't see that much and there are many people's heads in my pictures q.q

a heart ^.^
a shamrock ^.^
The Japanese fireworks are so so beautiful *-*
My my phone camera is not fast enough to capture the best moments of it.. Maybe I should buy a better camera for next year x3 Howevery, as it was terribly crowded we needed nearly an hour to get back to our hotels o.o And after having a matcha cornet for dinner, I fell asleep right away.

Before we went back home the next day, I made some photos of what I bought the day before. But most of my purchase is food.. x'D

Koala no March cookies and mini dorayaki
Onigiri with carrots steamed in soy sauce
Matcha candy, panda cookies and strawberry pocky
more sweets ^-^ I haven't tried them all yet
new stationary goods (^-^)v

My boyfriend gave me these two cute Pokémon plushies, Dratini and Lapras, as a present ^-^ Aren't they adorable? ♥
Now I already have enough plushies to form a Pokémon team ! (*•̀ᴗ•́*)و ̑̑

What about you? Have you been at Japanday, too? ^-^
So that's everything for today ♥
I hope I will find time to blog more the next month x3

Thank you for reading and see you next time (^-^)v

Cristmas and New Year's Eve - I finally had holidays xD

Hey guys (^.^)v

As the title says, I finally had holidays!
...which are sadly already over again x'D
But I nevertheless want to show you what I did and got for christmas.
And I althought wanted to do a post about something else
than Japan once in a while xDD

So, of course I went home to my family at holiday time.
And, as Christmas markets are a really big deal here in Germany,
I went there quite often ^.^
I don't like Christmas that much, but I like all the sparkling decoration xD
But sadly we had just rain instead of snow..

Unfortunately, it was raining a lot this Christmas..

had to cover my face, sry x'D
As every year, I spent Cristmas Eve with my parents
and my boyfriend at my father's house.
He cooked a very delicious (vegetarian^^) dinner for us *-*

The first day of Christmas I visited my grantmother
together with the rest of the family.
The same procedure as every year.. x'D

And here is what I got for christmas ^.^

I really love these Beanie Boos ^.^
My two new ones are called Safari (the giraffe)
and Scraem (the bat) ♥
I already have some more, so it is already a small collection x3

The red dragon in the front (his name is Legend)
belongs to my boyfriend.
My mom gave it to him as christmas present this year.

And I got even more plushies and giraffe *-*

You can put these two in the microwave to make them warm
and then they keep you warm if you cuddle with them ♥
The long giraffe is very good to put it in the neck ^.^

And my last giraffe xD
I got a muff ^.^
It was a present from my mom.
She got herself one in 'snow leopard'
(of course, it's not real fur, just plush)

And I also want to show you this:
It was not a present for me, but from me to my mom.

As I mentioned before, she is a big fan of hide
and as I heared they would release a new single
(more than 15 years after his death), I totally had to buy it for her.
And I don't regret it at all!
It is really amazing they have the technology to bring his voice back to life again.
I love his new song so so much and I am happy
his management finally shared it with the world.
(I would have loved to share a video here with you,
but unfortunately yt doesn't find it when I'm searching on pc
(but if I'm on my phone, it does and even plays the song without restrictions..))

And finally, I also could see my friend's again!
I miss them very much since I had to move to another city.
But fortunately I managed to meet everybody I wanted to meet
and could do a lot of things, I don't have time for when I
have to go to school ^.^

We went to the cinema to watch 'St. Vincent' in Sneek Peak x3

This is the most delicious curd I've ever eaten before *-*
It is raspberry curd, blueberrys, vanilla curd, pomegranate,
chocolate sprinkles and rapsberry sauce ♥

And I went eating sushi with my mom
at the best restaurant in my home town ^.^
It was the first sushi since Japan xD

I also got a new haircut just a few days before last year ended x3
Before, my hair was about this long:

And then I let it cut to this:

So last but not least,
I want to show you my two favourite outfits during Christmas holidays:

That's it for today!
I hope your are now up to date again xD

See you next time (^.^)v

☆ Harajuku Fashion Walk ☆ Hamburg ☆ \(^ω^\)

Hey guys (^-^)v

I hope you are all fine ^.^
Last weekend was really amazing, because I attended the first
Harajuku Fashion Walk in Hamburg ♥

The event was organized by the cute Feli-chan.
We already had some similar events in Germany, like in Düsseldorf
or Leipzig, but this was the first in the north of the country ^.^
(And the closest from my hometown, but nevertheless we
had to travel three hours by train..)

I choose to wear a 'pastel goth' outfit for the first time ^-^

sorry, to lazy to cover my messy room this time x3

I got myself a new wig for this outfit and will probably
do a review in one of the next posts ^-^
Tell me if you're interesseted ♥

My mom and my friend Eiri joined me again and we took
the train at nine in the morning to be in Hamburg in time.
When we arrived at the station I luckily still had enough time
to "do" my nails (=to clip on my preglued nails x'D)

At 1 p.m. we all met at the station and then walked our way through the city.
But before we took the first group photo of the day ♥

by Jacky Holtermann
We walked down a well-known shopping street in Hamburg
and also visited some close by stores (like colours and claire's)
Then we took the train to visit the newly opened 'J-Store' ♥
And took another group photo (^-^)v

picture taken from the J-Store facebook-page
The store is really great ^-^
They had such a cool pair of tights, but sadly they
were to expensive for me at the moment...

And here are some more random pictures of the day x3
The first is a photo of my 'hair' I took in the train.
Wearing a bow by MeltyWish ♥

I like the wig, it feels comfortable while wearing ^-^
Next is a pic of Eiri and me:

And the perspective from outside x'D

by Jacky Holtermann
Yeah, with my cool gameboy-phone-cover x3
And a picture I took at the metro station
while waiting for the train to J-Store to arrive ^.^

Of course I also took some photos with nice and lovely people ♥
with Eiri again:

cool outfit of his isn't it?
with Ruha and Meto-Teddy:

and with Feli ♥
she also tried one of my selfmade onigiri *happy*

Eiri when I told him 'look like you're having fun' x'D

And Feli again how we saw her most of the day x3
(but I somehow really like this picture *-*)

The day was a lot of fun ^.^
Thanks to everyone who has been there ♥
And this time there even is a video (made by Feli)

I hope there will be more events like this in Hamburg ♥
It was a really great day ^.^

Thank you for reading (^.^)v
